PAYW: Pay as you want
PAYW stands for “Pay as you want”. Until 1 January 2028, you choose what to pay for active app users in packs of 50. The minimum is one package of 50 seats.

Pricing follows app use, not just your total membership. Start with at least one pack for 50 app users. For example, 400 members with around 200 active app users need four packs rather than eight. The guideline is €0.50 per active seat, capped at €500; from 1,501 seats, an additional €250.00 applies. PAYW runs until 1 January 2028.

Fixed yearly price, permanently
From 1 January 2028, the standard annual price is €1.00 per active app seat, capped at €500. Clubs that joined during PAYW keep their locked-in rate of €0.50.

PAYW runs until 1 January 2028: active app users are billed in packs of 50 (guide price €0.50 per seat, capped at €500; above 1,500 seats, add a €250 large-club surcharge). At least one pack is required. From 1 January 2028, the fixed yearly price is €1.00 per seat for new clubs or €0.50 for clubs that started during PAYW.
