JetztAngeln is built for clubs and anglers, not for selling data. We host in Germany and use roles, permissions, and data processing practices designed around the needs of club life.
Privacy built in from the start
We aim to collect only what is needed, for clear purposes, under understandable rules. Information that does not support club operations should not be collected by default.

Clear responsibilities and permissions
The club remains responsible for member data. JetztAngeln provides the platform and governs data processing through an agreement.
GDPR as the measure
Data is processed for operating the platform, contractual purposes, and legal obligations, with clear purposes and traceable workflows.
DPA for clubs
The data processing agreement is provided during onboarding and can be reviewed in the admin dashboard.
Payments with specialists
Payments are handled by payment service providers. Payment details are not maintained as a separate bank database inside club administration.
